About Butcher 101
Are you a home cook looking to take your meat preparation skills to the next level?
This course, taught by an experienced butcher, gives you all the foundational skills you need to cut, prep, and store meat like the pros.
Through live demonstrations, and a hands-on approach, you'll learn how to:
Sharpen your knife skills for precision cutting, breaking down whole primal cuts & packaging (beef, pork, chicken)
By the end of the course, you’ll be confidently preparing restaurant-quality meals at home.
Class Details
Class sizes are up to 6 people.
Private 1 on 1 sessions can be arranged for additional fee.
All meat you cut & package is yours to take home at the end of the class & is included in class fee.
Class length is approximate.
You will be provided with all tools needed.
You must wear closed toed shoes and clean clothing.
All knives, Hairnets, Coats, etc will be provided to you for use during class
